Happy New Year, Smaller New You!!!

Good Day Healthy Eaters!!! Happy New Year!!! Are you ready for a smaller New You??  You can have this as well as a Healthier New You starting right now!!!! What you need is a mentality check, its starts in the mind!!! The simple thing about losing weight(Yes there is a simple part to it) is that you can think your way into a healthy  meal and out of an unhealthy one! Simply putting in nutritious calories (fruits, veggies,  and healthy protein) and getting rid of empty calories ( cakes, breads, pasta's, & sugar). In small steps, you can add veggies to every meal and keep your carb intake low, especially if you are not active because carbs are energy and have to be burned off. There is a great book that I have always had in my possession, it's called the "No Flour, No Sugar diet" you can google it to find out the author. It basically explains how the little things we see as harmless i.e. salad dressing, ketchup, bread, jelly, pasta and other examples are the cause of extra empty calories in our eating habits!!! I strongly suggest you pick up this book! Lest we not forget how strength training, plyometrics, functional full body exercises help to sculpt the body into the figure that you want to and CAN HAVE!!!!
