Good Day Healthy Eaters!!! Happy Thursday!!! Today's Focus is Making a change today for a better tomorrow!!! It might sound cliche buuuuuut you have to start a good habit to stick with a good habit!!! Learn how to add more veggies to your meals and less junk food!!! More carrot sticks and cucumbers and less french fries and chips!! This will help you to not only eat healthier but also create a better habit!!! Why wait to New Year's to start, Change today!!! Make your next meal, your best meal!!!!! More Eating in & Less eating out!! You can be creative and re-create what you "crave". Add a 30 min walk or cardio to your day!!! Grab weights 5 lb, 8lb, or 10lb and throw in 2-3 days of weight training!!!!! You will be well on your "weigh" to becoming the New You before the New Year!!! I hope this helps, Love ya:)
