Want to Learn How to Eat More Fruits & Veggies!! ADD MORE!!!

Good Day Healthy Eaters!!! Happy Tuesday!!! Today's Focus is Less Bad, More Good....Do you have that want to eat better and Clean up your Habits, well Do I have a solution for you!! If you want to eat more fruits and veggies, then ADD MORE to your meals!!! We take the simplest of problems and complicate them, but why when you don't have to! If you want to eat more natural sugars instead of processed sugars, then start adding more to your day. I eat veggies morning, noon and night, no not because I'm a trainer but because I wanted to incorporate more healthy food items into my daily eating habits!!! For example, when I eat breakfast in the mornings, I add an apple or a "baby orange"...lol...thats why I call them at least!! Next my snack might be an apple and a piece of protein, which you need whenever you eat (protein). My lunch today is a turkey burger patty with a side salad with tomatoes and another orange, sometimes I add cashews but I'm having problems with them lately. I have baked chicken for tonight with green beans and sliced tomatoes and sliced apple's with a sprinkle of cinnamon for dessert!!!! See how easy that was, all it takes is creativity!!! Personally, I leave the carbs out because of a personal choice. I hope this helps! Love ya:)
