Clean Up Your Dirty Ways!!!!

Good Day Healthy Eaters!!! Happy Wednesday!!! Today's Focus is about making the change, but keeping the taste!!! When you think of the word "Diet" what comes to your mind? Loss of fun food? Deprivation? Can't have my piece of cake?....lol....Well You can stop moping and make a Lifestyle Change instead of Dieting!!! Take your "Bad food's" and tuuuurn them "Good" NO, Not with a magic wand but with a Replacement Wand!!!! Take your unhealthiest of habits and Replace them with foods that are healthier and can give the same satisfaction! For example, I user Lettuce leaves to make my chicken sandwiches or Turkey burger sandwiches instead "Sugar raising" Breads!!! Replace those processed carbs (chips, cookies, or fries) with veggies and/or fruits as your sides!!! Include Fruits & veggies at every meal!!! Remember to Create the Habit...You Must Start the Habit!!! I hope this helps. Love ya:)
