Don't Give Up....Replace!!!!!!
Good Day Healthy Eaters!! Too many people begin and end their journey in the same place, they give up once the bump in the road is hit. Small Steps equate to Big Change but one must continue to make small steps and not back up when the hill gets a little steep.....Step over that hill and continue moving forward. There is no right or wrong when you continue to walk, its all about the direction that you decide to go. Don't give up....Replace! Make a grocery list of your normal foods and beverages that you eat and drink, then make a separate list that notes how you will replace some of those foods on your list that are not taking you in the direction of healthy eating....For example, If you write down on your first list a bag of chips....on your healthy grocery list, write down a replacement that you KNOW you will eat. I like to eat fruit with my turkey sandwich instead of chips. I cut up fresh strawberries and sweet melons and replace chips with a fruit salad.
