Good Day Healthy Eaters!! Happy Thursday of this Beautiful New Year!!! Today's focus is to acknowledge the inner strength that you have inside of you to get your mind and body just the way you want it be High school sexy or fit as a fiddle!!! Look at how you are feeding yourself and self-check items that you can improve on!!! If you are a sugar fanatic, keep the sugar but lower the grams!!! There are sugar-free chocolates and jello's and health bar's like the KIND Bars Almond/Coconut is my favorite, it gives me the right amount of sweet to cool my sweet beast or LARABAR snacks!! I have been on a No wheat, No Flour, Little potato kick for a minute and I am enjoying it!!!! My craving's quickly going away and so is any weight that I wanted to lose! Yes trainers like to keep their weight done too!..lol....Check out Wheat Belly by William Davis, MD!!!! Great Book and very extraordinary information that could help with not only weight loss but a host of different things!!!! Remember to educate your mind about your body!!!! I hope this helps!!
