Feeling overwhelmed?? Feeling defeated?? Stop rushing your results Make everyday an opportunity to make healthy decisions!!!

Everyday is a new day to make small changes in your eating and working out habits!! When you think of healthy lifestyle, what does that mean to you? You have to realize that this means different things to everybody. You have to be your own trend starter because trying to follow someone else's journey will only lead to a journey of frustration. Take yourself into consideration when you start implementing changes on a daily basis. For example, If you like sweets (AS I DO..lol) stop bringing constant sweets into your home where you an binge on 6 granola bars (sounds familiar)!!! I like to eat cake so I buy a slice and I eat my slice, that means when I'm done, I don't have more cakes to eat. Same thing with working out, when I'm tired I don't make an all day event out of working out. I might work out for 30 minutes, and get some steps in my pedometer and then I'm gone. You need to do what works for you instead of doing what might work for everyone else. Grow into learning as oppose to feeling as if you know what your doing from the beginning.
