Meaning focus on improving the fuel you give your body because this is what will make or slow down your goals!!! If you give your body too many calories then it needs then it will be stored as fat:( This is why you focus on eating nutritious foods! Eating Healthy and clean means just that, find a way yo enjoy your food while keeping it healthy. You must Replace to Erase (view prior post)!! Sit down and make a list of unhealthy foods that you KNOW you consume and look for replacements that will help you eat less and less of the bad until that craving is gone!!!
