Good Day Healthy Eaters!!! Happy Thursday!!! Today's Focus is changing those habits that you have the hardest time getting away from!!! Pace yourself because you too can be helped!!! What is your worst habit? Doesn't it seem like all the will power in the world won't keep you out of this rut!! Think on a smaller scale, if you want to change something that feels like its impossible to change, then you should take smaller steps to change it!!! Set smaller goals than just giving something completely up!! For example, everyday should be a forward movement towards you goal!! I always use sugar as example because its the worst thing to put in your body on a daily basis and yet its so addictive!!! But I always suggest to my clients who have a sugar need to lessen the amount of sugar that you put in your body instead of going cold turkey only to revert back to the problem!! Use your Sugar Free products (although they too have sugar in them) they have a lesser amount but can still give your cravings a sweet kick!!! "Package your snacks" the greatest thing since slice bread to me are the little snack size plastic baggies that have come out. USE THEM!!! They allow you to portion out your Healthy snacks and foods so you can avoid the "Eating out of the Bag" situation which truly only prompts you to eat more!!! I hope this helps! Love ya:)
