Create Your Own "FAST FOOD"

Good Day Healthy Eaters!!! Today's Focus is creating your own Healthy "Fast Food"!! You can save money and satisfy your taste buds. The fast food concept is to create convenience, that concept can be duplicated by using healthy foods as opposed to unhealthy foods used at fast foods restaurants. For example, instead of going out to purchase a chicken sandwich combo with fries and a drink for roughly 5 or 6 dollars, you can make your own. You can make a healthy version of this combo, using whole wheat bread, mustard ( a healthy condiment) and baked chicken that you have prepared. Believe me, I'm no chef but I can find way to enjoy food without it being bland but keep it healthy and taking in less calories that the normal fast food restaurant. All while saving 5 or 6 dollars!!! Imagine if you could save money daily by creating your own healthy "FAST FOOD"!!! I hope this helps.  Love ya:)
